About the Job
Job Duties:
- Seek out business development with new and existing clients.
- Analyze customer needs and present solutions utilizing a thorough understanding of our diverse service offerings.
- Always represent the company in a professional manner to ensure every opportunity is taken to promote the brand.
- Ensure exemplary customer satisfaction and act as a liaison between customer and operational staff.
- Provide market intelligence regarding competitors and pricing strategies.
- Formulate business plans and strategies to meet business development targets.
- Must be willing to travel as required, with a 70/30 travel-to-office split.
Requirements:
- Proven business development experience in a competitive, demanding business sector
- Waste management industry experience an asset, specifically to larger complex industrial sites requiring multiple industry services.
- Passion for business excellence with exceptional follow through
- Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
- Experience in Industrial Services, Shutdown, Turnaround and related experience will be an asset but not mandatory
