About the Job

Goal: The Global Engineering Pool in India is committed to deliver skilled resources to support projects and Internal standardization activities with in GEA for LPT as well as other GEA divisions with ultimate aim of generating potential savings for GEA by utilization of low-cost resources.

General Definition :
• To provide automation and electrical engineering capabilities To assist in the preparation and presentation of tenders and proposals, and delivery of projects.

• Upon securing a contract / order the engineer (depending upon the size and complexity of the project) may be required to operate independently or as part of a project team to design, supply, install, commission and document the project.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Role & Responsibilities:

• Software Development - PLC, SCADA, HMI

• Software FAT / SAT

• FDS Review / Write Up

• Various Document Preparation

• Remote Site Support

• On Site Commissioning

Tasks:

• Software Logic Development in Automation Platform Siemens with GEA Standard

• HMI / SCADA Screen Development in Siemens with GEA Standard

• Review FDS and developed program with GEA standard

• Prepare Documentation like Alarm & Interlock list, User Access Specification, HMI Instruction

• Participate in SAT, IQ, OQ Protocol with reporting

Your Profile / Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering Degree in 

• Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls or similar education background

Work Experience:

  3-7 year

  Experience on any particular Chemical / Pharma / Dairy / Food Industry

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal & WinCC Comfort Panel / SCADA Programming

• Know how of various automation platform - e.g. Siemens, Rockwell, Aveva Wonderware etc.

• Know how of various programming languages on S88 standard e.g. SCL, ladder, STL, FBD

• Fault Finding / Troubleshooting Skill / P&ID Understanding

• Know how of 21 CFR & ATEX Zone Classification

• Know how of Istrumentation Engineering

• Know How of GMP & Documentation

• Server Client Set-up, ESXI and System Architecture knowledge would be an added advantage

• Basic knowledge on Electrical drawings reading and components identification

• Team Player

• Good Communication Skill

• Self Learning Capability
