Everyone is highly valued and plays a vital role in the growth of our organization.</p></div><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Ensure all logistical details (location, time, virtual meeting links) are confirmed and communicated</li><li>Ensure that candidates have a positive experience by providing excellent communication and support</li><li>Answer questions related to the recruiting process or logistics</li><li>Provide candidates with necessary information about the interview process, company, and role</li><li>Maintain candidate records, interview notes, and other recruitment documents in the applicant tracking system (ATS)</li><li>Ensure all hiring paperwork is completed in a timely manner.</li><li>Actively search and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals</li><li>Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events such as job fairs or campus recruiting events</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or in Process</li><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience working with Microsoft Office suite</li><li>High-energy and passion</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet goals</li></ul><p></p><div><div><div><p>Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range.
