The types of projects will cover the full range of the total rewards (e.g.  job evaluation, compensation structures, annual incentives, international mobility, insured and in-kind benefits, etc.) and encompass elements of both program design and process execution, offering the incumbent a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the full spectrum of total rewards programs.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Contribute and/or occasionally lead regional TR projects· As a key member of the EMEA total rewards team, partner with HR colleagues to understand challenges and pain points related to compensation, benefits, and other reward programs and related issues in attracting, motivating, and retaining high quality, diverse talent.</li><li>Support insured benefit program administration in coordination with global benefits consulting partner.</li><li>Participate in the implementation of new job architecture and compensation structure project with focus on the EMEA region. </li><li>Analyze and validate the effectiveness of compensation and benefit programs, ensuring market competitiveness, enterprise/business objectives are achieved and ability to attract/reward/retain top talent</li><li>Drive operational excellence and innovation in all total rewards programs</li><li>Remain current on industry trends, best practices, compliance, new/progressive processes, etc. that enable Clarios to achieve higher levels of organizational excellence</li><li>Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of total rewards programs.</li></ul> Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: <ul><li>Fluency in English</li><li>University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business or related field required. </li><li>Solid years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, benefits, with emphasis on countries within the European region (Germany, France, Spain)</li><li>Excellent analytical skill with ability to translate data into compelling stories in order to influence stakeholders and drive program improvements. </li><li>Excellent Microsoft Excel data manipulation and analysis skills </li><li>Driven self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to operate autonomously</li><li>Thoughtful and creative thinker with grasp of both the art and science of total rewards program design and administration</li><li>Experience with any European rewards programs, knowledge of the market and social infrastructure. </li><li>Strong interpersonal presence who can comfortably and effectively interact with stakeholders at varying levels </li><li>Ability to understand the intersection between total reward program design and objectives and HR/business strategy, and the need to adapt total reward programs accordingly.</li><li>Exposure to or experience with works councils is a plus</li></ul>What we offer youAs a technology leader with strong brand (i.e. VARTA® and OPTIMA®), Clarios notably lives on the creativity, capability and satisfaction of its employees.
