About the Job
- Strategische Leitung: Übernahme der organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Verantwortung für die ANECO Institut für Umweltschutz GmbH & Co. KG an den internationalen Standorten, mit Fokus auf Kennzahlen, Personalmanagement und Prozessoptimierung.
- Entwicklung der Gesellschaft: Sie treiben die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens voran und arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführungsebene sowie internationalen Partnern zusammen.
- Controlling und Performance Management: Überwachung von KPIs und Implementierung von effektiven Controlling-Maßnahmen, um die Unternehmensziele zu erreichen und die Effizienz zu steigern.
- Change Management: Sie setzen erfolgreich den Change-Prozess fort und entwickeln die Strukturen sowie die Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.
- Investitionsplanung: Sie wirken aktiv an der Erstellung des Investitionsbudgets mit und stellen sicher, dass alle Maßnahmen im Einklang mit der Unternehmensstrategie und den Zielen des Eurofins Netzwerks stehen.
- Mitarbeiterentwicklung: Sie fördern die Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter und gestalten eine starke, zukunftsfähige Unternehmenskultur.
- IT-Systeme: Sie verantworten die Implementierung neuer IT-Systeme und die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme, um das Unternehmen in seiner operativen Exzellenz zu unterstützen.
- Vertretung der Gesellschafterinteressen: Sie vertreten die Interessen der Gesellschafter, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Konzernanforderungen und regulatorische Vorgaben.
