We are seeking an Associate Cost Manager with proven experience gained within a construction consultancy setting to join our successful Cost and Project Management team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.As the successful applicant you will have proven experience across one or more of the following sectors: Education, Healthcare, Industrial and Logistics, Defence, and Commercial and Residential.Our team has significantly grown in the last few years and is continuing to attract high performing individuals looking to progress their career and work on bespoke and interesting projects. As an Associate Cost Manager joining our team, here’s what you’ll do: <ul><li>Provide effective support, mentoring and line management to Project Surveyors, Graduates and Apprentices.</li><li>NEC 3/4 contract administration</li><li>Leading projects from a Cost Management perspective from inception to completion.</li><li>Production of cost estimates, cost plans, procurement and tendering advice, through to post-contract delivery of valuations, change control, reporting and final account.</li><li>Taking responsibility for the delivery of projects and managing support teams.</li><li>Ensures commissions are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client’s satisfaction.</li><li>Develops strong reciprocal relationships with clients and members of the project team.</li></ul>Be an interface with AECOM clients (new and existing).If you're passionate about innovation and turning bold ideas into reality, AECOM welcomes you.
