Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Sr. analyst / associate to join the Asset Management division of Alantra, specifically, for the Investor Relations (IR) team. The Asset Management division is a core and growing area for Alantra, which is constantly seeking new growth opportunities both by products and geographies.

The ideal candidate will assist the department in a wide range of activities to support the growth of all Alantra Asset Management products.

IR Related Tasks:

  • Support the digitalization process started in the area
  • Prepare and send information and communications to current and potential investors. Both recurrent and ad-hoc requests.
  • Perform and review Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) materials when required.
  • Control and oversight of fund’s administrators. Coordination of the different service providers.
  • Review of the calculation of the net asset value of the different investment vehicles.
  • Review of quarterly / annual reports of the different products managed by the firm.
  • Preparation of documentation for the Boards of the different products.
  • Support in Environmental Social Governance (ESG) questionnaires.

Requirements:

The candidate must meet the following characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
  • Full-time availability.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit, compliance, fund management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (proficient use of Excel)
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proactivity, willingness to learn.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
