The role
New York City will be a $500M+ EV charging opportunity by 2030. As Presto’s NYC growth manager, your mission is to make EV charging in the city feel like magic: easy, everywhere, and built for how New Yorkers live and move.
Fun fact: Manhattan has only two gas stations south of 96th Street—but far more EV charging stations. You’ll help tip that balance even further.
This is a builder role. You'll shape the EV charging experience in NYC, own growth (active users and throughput), and profitability. And you won’t do it alone—you’ll partner closely with Presto’s partnerships, finance, and tech teams to make it happen.
Qualifications/skills:
5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, or similar roles, in a fast-paced organization, preferably a startup
Creative problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Excellent planning and organization skills
Strong bias for action
Prior experience working in a fleet / B2B2C setup and/or with EVs is a bonus.

Location: New York City Area; requires travel
Comp and Benefits: Presto provides attractive medical, dental, vision, and voluntary life insurance benefits and competitive salaries.
The base salary range for this role is USD$120,000 per year - USD$150,000 per year.
The actual base salary is dependent upon many factors such as years of relevant experience, skills, business needs, and market demands. Additional equity grants are provided.
