About the Job

The main responsibilities of the Inside Sales Executive are to play a leading role in the strategic development of the medical pathology services offered by Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, to achieve Company Growth targets.

Specific Tasks:

Be aware and compliant with of all the documentation related to your Department to include – Training Records, SOP’s, Forms, including reading and acknowledging required documents on QPulse.
Attend Sales & Marketing meetings as and when required.
Work within the policies and procedures of Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics.

Sales Growth

Identify and target existing and prospective clients with a view to selling our pathology services.
Provide clients with written quotations, pricing and other relevant information when necessary, in a timely fashion.
Conduct annual account reviews and promptly provide clients with written quotations, pricing and other relevant information when necessary.
Effectively communicate client needs and monitor financial and service performance across the business area.
Monitor competitor activity and provide regular feedback on activities that may impact on the performance of the business areas.
