Als Legal Counsel is elke dag weer anders. De ene dag ben je bezig met het opstellen van een contracten en de andere dag geef je juridisch advies over geschillen of een fusie. Je hebt de vrijheid om je werk zelf in te delen, maar altijd met de verantwoordelijkheid om te zorgen dat alles juridisch in orde is. Van corporate housekeeping tot compliance en privacy, jouw expertise is essentieel om alles soepel te laten draaien.

Als Legal Counsel ben jij het juridische geweten van onze organisatie, met een breed scala aan verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het opstellen van juridische documenten en contracten.
- Het adviseren van het management over belangrijke juridische vraagstukken.
- Het beheren van de juridische structuren van Eurofins in Nederland.
- Het toezien op naleving van compliance- en privacyregels.
- Het coördineren van verzekeringskwesties en zorgen voor een solide juridische basis voor groei.
