We are a dynamic fintech company providing a cutting-edge software solution that empowers banks, funds, and other financial institutions globally to efficiently invest in sustainable projects and achieve their net-zero targets. Join us in building the future of green finance.

Why consider this opportunity

This isn't about pushing products; it's about bringing fresh, intuitive experiences to the world of renewable finance. As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of transforming a traditionally rigid industry. You'll be a key architect in defining our market narrative and driving our growth in a space that truly matters.

Join a team of brilliant, mission-driven individuals who are united by a passion for leveraging technology to solve the planet's most pressing sustainability challenges. We thrive on learning, fuel our work with curiosity, and believe in the power of collaboration. At Banyan, you'll find a supportive and inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are not just welcomed – they're celebrated, and where helping each other succeed is part of our core values.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing and works a hybrid weekly schedule (4 days in office/1 days remote) with the flexibility to adjust on an ad hoc basis. We will prioritize candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area who can come into the office regularly.

What you’ll do:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the strategic voice that translates market insights into product strategy, orchestrates compelling go-to-market launches, and crafts impactful campaigns that fuel product growth.

  • Become Our Chief Storyteller: Craft and evolve a compelling and scalable product messaging framework rooted in a deep understanding of our ideal customer profiles and personas. Collaborate closely with product, leadership, and fellow marketing experts to weave together resonant selling propositions and tailor our narrative to specific industry and market segments.
  • Forge Unforgettable Messaging: Develop powerful and differentiated messaging that cuts through the noise, clearly articulating Banyan Infrastructure's unique value and informing impactful strategies across demand generation, content marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Amplify Our Vision: Be the voice of our product, confidently presenting and sharing our compelling story at both internal gatherings and external industry events.
  • Empower Our Go-To-Market Teams: Equip our sales, customer success, and marketing teams with the insights and tools they need to succeed. This includes segmenting customers with precision, quantifying the compelling ROI of our solution, building impactful collateral, and rigorously analyzing performance to optimize our strategies.
  • Uncover Market Opportunities: Dive deep into market research, identify emerging opportunities, and synthesize invaluable customer feedback. Conduct insightful win/loss analyses and competitive intelligence gathering, and contribute to strategic GTM planning, including refining our ICPs and personas.
  • Lead with Data-Driven Intuition: Leverage data and insights to fuel your passion for understanding our users, generating balanced and insightful perspectives that guide our product's journey to market.
  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Alignment: Be the linchpin that ensures seamless alignment across the entire go-to-market process. Forge strong partnerships with the product team, staying ahead of the curve on new developments and championing our users' needs at every stage.
  • Shape the Future of Our Product: Through rigorous market analysis, insightful research, and close collaboration with our Product, Engineering, and Design teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the very direction of our innovative solutions.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in a B2B SaaS start up designing, developing, and implementing insight-driven, content-led marketing and sales enablement content that delivers results.
  • Comfort and proficiency in extracting meaningful insights from dashboards and spreadsheets to inform your strategies.
  • A strong understanding of customer segmentation, pricing methodologies, and the intricacies of go-to-market strategy design.
  • A demonstrated ability to rapidly grasp complex concepts and nuanced user needs (bonus points for familiarity with financial structures, risk assessment, and underwriting processes) and translate them into compelling, insight-driven marketing that addresses real business challenges.
  • A polished and persuasive writing style that captivates and converts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with diverse partners across all levels of the organization and externally.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a proven ability to navigate business changes, solve problems creatively, and thrive in the dynamic environment of a fast-growing company.
  • Intellectual curiosity, strong self-awareness, and a genuine passion for continuous learning and adaptation.

How we’ll support your growth and success:

  • Direct Impact: You'll work closely with our founders, executives, and cross-functional teammates, gaining invaluable exposure and contributing directly to our success.
  • Fuel Your Potential: We're committed to your professional development, offering opportunities to expand your skills and deepen your industry knowledge.
  • Unlock New Worlds: Immerse yourself in the fascinating intersection of capital markets, innovative financial products, and the cutting-edge technologies driving sector transformation.
  • Thrive in Community: Join a collaborative and supportive team of smart, passionate individuals who are all united by a shared purpose and dedicated to achieving our collective goals.
