Business Analyst

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of driving data-driven change—identifying business challenges, analysing requirements, and delivering transformative improvements to our strategic systems, particularly within CRM. If you're excited by the idea of navigating ambiguity, engaging with stakeholders, and implementing meaningful change in an Agile environment, we want to hear from you.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful? 

• Experience within the Energy sector or other regulated industry;
• Experience of data and business process modelling;
• Ability to plan own data modelling and design activities, selecting appropriate techniques to meet the assigned objectives;
• Significant experience in CRM, billing and large scale transformation projects;
• Competency in BA tools and techniques.

What does hybrid working mean to us?

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
