About the Job
- You will support our Technical Consulting team and help shape the global future market of renewable energies.
- You will ensure high-quality standards are met in the planning, implementation, and operation of photovoltaic power plants both domestically and internationally.
- Using detailed simulations and internally developed methods, you will create high-quality yield assessments.
- Based on system documentation and insights gained from on-site visits, you will carry out Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for projects.
- Through technical inspections, you will provide detailed assessments of a plant’s condition at various stages, e.g., during construction, at commissioning, or after the warranty period.
- You will support our clients during the planning phase—from the initial layout and permitting to tendering and EPC selection.
- You will act as a knowledgeable contact for our clients, advising them on all PV-related topics such as components, storage technologies, module quality, or system design.
- You will receive comprehensive onboarding and support from our experienced colleagues to facilitate your start.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role in the photovoltaic sector.
- Completed vocational training or university degree with a focus on electrical engineering.
- Initial experience with simulation software such as PVsyst will ease your onboarding.
- Knowledge in areas like planning, permitting, tendering, or storage solutions is desirable.
- You have a structured approach to managing projects and keep clients regularly informed of progress.
- You work in a solution-oriented manner and are happy to take responsibility within your area of expertise.
- You have good German and English language skills.
- Business trips within Germany and mainly across Europe are no issue for you (a Class B driver’s license is required).
- Initiative, independent work, team spirit, and customer orientation round off your profile.
