About the Job
- Du entwickelst, optimierst und automatisierst Vertriebsprozesse entlang des gesamten Sales Funnels, um die Effizienz und Performance unseres Vertriebsteams zu steigern.
- Du schaffst Transparenz durch die Erstellung und Pflege von Dashboards, Reports und Forecasts für alle relevanten Revenue KPIs und ermöglichst datengetriebenes Handeln.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammen, identifizierst Pain Points und entwickelst pragmatische Lösungen zur Steigerung der Vertriebseffektivität.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Auswahl, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Tools (z. B. CRM, Automatisierungen), um den Vertrieb mit den besten Systemen auszustatten.
- Du entwickelst Enablement-Materialien und Prozesse, die den Vertrieb in seiner Arbeit unterstützen und seine Performance langfristig steigern.
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen operativen Teams und Management und bringst Struktur in komplexe Themen, um fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu liefern.
