Als Office Manager ben jij het kloppend hart van onze kantoren. Je regelt, organiseert, anticipeert en ontzorgt. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag stel je contracten op, de volgende dag coördineer je het debiteurenbeheer, contacteer je klanten of bewaak je deadlines van lopende projecten. Jij ziet het werk voordat iemand anders erom hoeft te vragen.
De functie:
- Als Office Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de (financiële) administratie op de vestiging in Deurningen en Barendrecht;
- Je bent goed in coördineren en organiseren en je neemt een actieve rol bij projecten en initiatieven tot verbetering;
- Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor zowel collega’s als externe partners;
- Je staat in contact met klanten en bewaakt openstaande offertes en facturen.
- Je genereert en verstuurt herinneringen of aanmaningen en overlegt (met de klant) over betalingsregelingen. Je geeft frequente updates van debiteurenbeheer aan het managementteam;
- Je bent de spin in het web tussen de verschillende Business Units en de Financiële administratie binnen Eurofins Nederland.
