Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Lead and direct the efforts of hourly production personnel.</li><li>Maintain and show incremental improvement in current product/process quality indices - investigate and correct abnormalities.</li><li>Troubleshoot process/equipment and correct when product or process limits are exceeded. Direct maintenance or technical assistance as required.</li><li> Provide a safe working environment by achieving high standards in housekeeping and safety awareness in production personnel. Conduct safety tours and situation resolution. Conduct and document safety meetings, etc.</li><li>Serve as mentor/coach to operators to instill a sense of ownership of the process/product and promote teamwork</li><li>Maintain all equipment (mechanical and cleanliness) to achieve high level of utilization.
