Our customers span a wide array of industries including aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.</p><h1><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></h1><p>We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our growing advanced manufacturing team. This role requires a deep understanding of modern fabrication techniques, equipment operation, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with tight tolerances, and a variety of metals in a face-paced, high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.</p><h2><strong>What you get to do</strong></h2><ul><li>Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work instructions to fabricate precision sheet metal components.</li><li>Operate press brakes, shears, turret punches, laser cutters, rollers, CNC folders, and other fabrication equipment.</li><li>Perform precise layout, bending, forming, punching, notching, and assembly of sheet metal parts.</li><li>Conduct in-process inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and conformance to specifications.</li><li>Set up and adjust fabrication machines based on job requirements and tooling.</li><li>Perform TIG/MIG welding or spot welding as needed (based on experience and certifications).</li><li>Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring proper function and cleanliness.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, quality technicians, and production staff to fix fabrication issues and improve processes.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.</li></ul><h2><strong>What you bring to the Team</strong></h2><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, preferably in an advanced manufacturing or precision environment.</li><li>Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting GD&amp;T.</li><li>Familiarity with a variety of metals (aluminum, stainless steel, cold rolled steel, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of fabrication principles, setups, and tooling.</li><li>Ability to use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring tools.</li><li>Comfortable working with ERP systems and digital work instructions.</li><li>Welding certifications or experience (a plus).</li><li>Forklift and crane operation experience (preferred).</li></ul><h2><strong>The BIG payoff</strong></h2><p>We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.</p><p>Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!</p><p><strong>We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate</strong></p><p>Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
