About the Job
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Charge Point team and help shape the future of EV infrastructure. In this role, you’ll drive the roadmap for our charge point management platform, ensuring scalable, intuitive, and high-performing features that support seamless operations and integration. Your work will be critical in aligning customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of engineers and product designers, and report directly to the Head of Product.
About the Team
The Charge Point team is the backbone of our EV charging ecosystem. We own the end-to-end experience of managing physical charging infrastructure on the Spirii platform, ensuring seamless integration from initial setup to real-time operations. By handling critical areas such as charger connectivity, communication protocols, monitoring, and capabilities, we continuously improve reliability, intelligence, and usability across both frontend and backend systems. Our mission is to deliver an intuitive, scalable, and seamless charge point experience that empowers users and supports business growth.
What You Will Do
- Develop, drive, and communicate a clear, outcome-focused product vision and roadmap for charge point management, aligning team efforts around solving critical customer problems and achieving measurable business impact.
- Lead continuous product discovery, deeply understand customer pain points, validate opportunities and assumptions through experimentation, and ensure features deliver real customer value.
- Empower engineering and design teams by collaboratively defining clear outcomes and customer problems, enabling autonomous development and validation of solutions.
- Actively engage customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to refine the product narrative, validate assumptions, and clearly communicate strategic context.
- Define and drive go-to-market strategies, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure products achieve target adoption and usage within our key segments.
- Define clear success metrics, regularly measure product and business impact, facilitate ongoing learning within the team, and rapidly iterate based on customer and business insights.
- Facilitate effective collaboration and integration with third-party hardware manufacturers, ensuring product compatibility, scalability, and long-term flexibility.
- Act as the expert voice for charge point management within the organization—maintaining deep domain knowledge, tracking industry and regulatory trends, and proactively sharing insights across teams.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within EV charging, energy, IoT, SaaS, or other technology-driven industries.
- Demonstrated experience in leading product discovery, including customer interviews, validation experiments, rapid prototyping, and iterative improvements.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business) to identify and solve customer problems rather than simply defining features.
- Familiarity with modern product management practices, agile methodologies, continuous learning cycles, and empowered product team dynamics.
- Strong technical understanding, especially regarding APIs, platforms, and integrations, enabling effective communication and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Experience working with data analytics and product metrics, using insights to validate decisions, measure product impact, and continuously improve product outcomes.
- Knowledge of industry standards and protocols (e.g., OCPP) related to EV charging platforms or similar technical domains is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and clearly articulate product vision and strategic context.
