Fuse Energy has a growing portfolio of solar farms and are looking for a driven and experienced O&amp;M electrician to join our team. This role would involve both performing/managing the necessary maintenance as well as improving the in-house O&amp;M function.Location: United KingdomWhat you will do:<ul> <li>Perform regular HV and LV maintenance works on systems across the UK up to 33kV (higher voltages may be within scope if competency allows)</li> <li>Take full ownership of maintenance at assigned sites</li> <li>Lead installations at new solar sites occasionally as required</li> <li>Mentor junior staff and apprentices</li> <li>Assist with site breakdowns and investigations as required</li> <li>Ensure safe working practices by both adhering to and actively improving health and safety protocols </li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Experience as SAP (or extensive experience at AP level and looking to progress)</li> <li>Experience of maintenance or construction of HV systems at least up to and including 33kV </li> <li>Experience of maintenance or construction of solar farms desirable</li> <li>Inverter experience/training desirable</li> <li>Possession of JIB-approved ECS gold card</li> <li>Additional qualifications such as BS7671 and Level 3 NVQ etc. expected</li> <li>Hold a full UK driving license</li> <li>Strong technical skills</li> </ul>
