About the Job
Als Applicatiebeheerder bij Eurofins ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten draaien van de bedrijfsapplicaties die onze collega's in de business ondersteunen. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze applicaties altijd betrouwbaar, veilig en up-to-date zijn.
Jouw belangrijkste taken:
- Realiseren, beheren en onderhouden van diverse IT-systemen en applicaties: Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt;
- Onderzoeken van uiteenlopende problemen en feilloos achterhalen van de oorzaken: Je lost problemen op en voorkomt dat ze opnieuw optreden;
- Technische ondersteuning bieden aan IT- en business collega's: Jouw expertise helpt anderen succesvol te zijn;
- Afhandelen van supportverzoeken en/of wijzigingen via ons ticketsysteem (ServiceNow): Jij bent de held die de problemen oplost;
- Monitoren van de applicatieomgeving en proactief optreden om incidenten te voorkomen: Jij houdt alles scherp in de gaten en voorkomt problemen voordat ze ontstaan;
- Achterhalen, analyseren en vertalen van businessbehoeften naar IT-oplossingen: Je zorgt ervoor dat de IT-oplossingen aansluiten bij de behoeften van de business.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Zorgen voor een betrouwbare en veilige werking van IT-systemen en applicaties: Je waarborgt de continuïteit en veiligheid van onze systemen;
- Onderhouden van contact met interne en externe stakeholders: Je zorgt voor goede communicatie en samenwerking;
- Toezien op de naleving van het kwaliteitssysteem binnen de applicatie en initiëren van corrigerende maatregelen: Je zorgt ervoor dat de applicaties voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen.
