Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workday Analyst. This role will primarily support Workday HCM functionality, playing a key role in maintaining accurate people data, organizational structures, and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Workday experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to partner across teams to support both strategic and operational HC needs.

• Support and maintain Workday HCM configuration, including business processes, job profiles, cost center hierarchies, and supervisory organizations.

• Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• Ensure organizational data is accurately reflected in Workday and aligns with security, reporting, and downstream processes.

• Partner with Finance and HC on planning, reorgs, and restructures to ensure accurate and timely execution.

• Troubleshoot issues and support end users with guidance and training on HCM, reporting, and organization admin features. 

• Support system audits, data validations, and integrity checks to ensure accurate and consistent data.

• Assist in system updates, testing, and release management for HCM functionality.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday, including HCM, reporting, and managing organization structures

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the ability to perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data

• Clearly communicates progress on deliverables and escalates issues in a timely manner

• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong demonstration of teamwork and collaboration and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Exercises good judgment and operates with the highest level of discretion and professionalism in all interactions and situations

• Bachelor’s degree required

Pay Range

$85,000 - $100,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
