Responsibilities:

• Demand Forecasting: Analyze production schedules and sales forecasts to determine material requirements and prepare accurate material forecasts.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track material usage, and manage reorder points to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess inventory.
• Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to place orders, manage delivery schedules, and resolve any issues related to material supply.
• Order Processing: Generate and process purchase orders for materials and track their delivery to ensure timely receipt and availability.
• Sourcing new supplier both local & offshore supplier to meet specification and requirements in term of cost and delivery. Work with subcontract to ensure supply to our production. Coordinate with Engineers and Suppliers to select the right material for new product at NPI phase. Monitor PO and ensure that PO are successfully submit to oversea and local supplier in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Logistic , Engineer and related field
• 5-7 years experiences in Production planning and Purchasing
• Familiar with ERP / SAP system
• Understanding of ERP system, MOQ, Safety stock and Reorder point concept.
• Knowledge of Supply chain and Logistic system
