You’ll serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, bringing both technical expertise and leadership to ensure projects are set up for successful execution.</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assumes ownership of a portfolio of projects from Business Development.</li><li>Manages all Project Management aspects of the projects from handoff through submission of construction permits.</li><li>Manages and acquires all non-ministerial permits to include zoning, planning, environmental, etc.</li><li>Coordinates with Project Controls to create schedules for a project/portfolio as they are awarded.
