We are looking for a Project Engineer to support our polymer machining and processing business in Klingnau. In this role, you will ensure a high manufacturing standard through quality control and process optimization. Additionally, you will take on challenging customer requests and engineering projects. How you'll make an impact

• Provide technical support to the production team

• Manage development projects internally and in collaboration with customers

• Introduce new production processes and define production parameters

• Conduct thermal, mechanical, and electrical material testing for developments and quality assurance

• Create detailed test reports and protocols to meet customer requirements

• Implement and optimize processes for continuous improvement

• Perform failure analysis and propose corrective actions

• Ensure high-quality laboratory testing is conducted

• Support engineering activities and maintain excellence in production

• Implement and maintain ISO management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001

Your background

• Degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering or materials technology)

• Strong expertise in plastics and composite materials

• Proven experience in project work and management

• Familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage

• Fluent in German (B2+) and English

• Knowledge and experience in measurement and laboratory technology
