AECOM Mississauga is hiring a Senior Commercial Manager (Payments)

Responsibilities:

Team management: Lead a team of 3 to 5 resources and provide direction and mentorship as required.
Payment Processing: Overseeing the validation and processing of payments to contractors according to contractual milestones and project timelines.
- Develop and implement payment policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Handle escalated payment issues and resolve them promptly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on payment operations to senior management.
Documentation Management: Handling extensive documentation related to payments as well as supporting documentation in an organized manner.
Coordination with Stakeholders: Working closely with project managers, accounting personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial and payment operations.
