Responsibilities & Duties

Perform simple activities in compliance with established procedures, strategies, and methodologies, in compliance with service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.
Raise gaps relevant to the SOP/DTP. Escalate to Senior and Team Lead for process alignment.
Escalates identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
Ability to recognize when tasks or scenarios outside of normal. Raise to senior team member and team lead.
Understand which transactions require audit for compliance SOX audit.
Assist in the data gathering for report creation.
Ensures accuracy of all data processed and entered in HR systems.
Perform ad hoc tasks as requested or assigned.
Monitor and respond to Employee Centre support simple requests.
Understanding task prioritization and ensuring delivery of BAU on day-to-day basis.
