Position Specific Description

At NextEra Energy, we are taking our Paralegal role to the next level. In this position you will use your strong analytical and organizational skills to work independently on matters related to financing transactions, including providing active support of the investor due diligence process on large financing transactions, working closely with subject matter experts to identify and organize material project documentation, reviewing project documentation for completeness and disclosure restrictions, and preparing initial drafts of affiliate support agreements and ancillary documents. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work well under pressure. You will be part of a team that drives excellence and works together in making an impact.

This is an on-site opportunity, based out of Juno Beach, FL Headquarters.
