Directly collaborating with our technology leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in developing the framework for comprehensive testing, automation, and ensuring quality across our product ecosystem.</span></div><br><br><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop comprehensive test plans for software and hardware in loop product features.</li><li>Identify test scenarios, test cases, and test data to ensure test coverage for new and existing features. </li><li>Maintaining test cases and scripts in the Test Management System. Analyze test results and investigate test escapes to identify root causes and provide detailed reports. </li><li>Triage test execution failures, identify gaps between existing tests and the automation framework, and implement solutions to ensure a highly reliable and performant system.</li><li>Design and execute performance and scale testing, security testing, and user experience testing as requirements demand.</li><li>Create a test automation strategy and build out the automation framework to enable high development velocity. </li><li>Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to execute and report automated tests, ensuring seamless integration with deployment processes and that test infrastructure is maintainable and scalable within a dynamic CI/CD environment.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship for software engineers on best practices for building and enhancing test suites for their code, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, SREs, product managers, and operations, to validate end-to-end functionality.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, electrical engineering, and related fields. </li><li>7+ years of experience in a quality assurance role, delivering high quality, reliable products to market. </li><li>3+ years of demonstrable experience designing automation frameworks and developing test automation software and tools.</li><li>Demonstrable experience leading QA projects and initiatives.</li><li>3+ years of experience in QA of products that have hardware as part of the overall solution.</li><li>Working knowledge of test methodologies, processes, and tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, JIRA, STLC, and Test Management tools like TestRail, ALM or Zephyr.</li><li>Experience with automation frameworks or tools, like Karate, Selenium, Request, HttpRunner,  TESTNG, or Fiddler. </li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and how they relate to QA automation. </li><li>Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).</li><li>Familiarity with performance, security, and accessibility testing. </li><li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, technical aptitude, attention to detail, must be self-motivated, willing to learn new concepts, technologies and products quickly. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly detail-oriented.</li><li>Familiarity with ETL testing, data quality frameworks, and advanced SQL is a PLUS.</li><li>Coding skills: experience with Python</li></ul><br><div>We are building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
