The Solar Technician III is one of the most experienced employees in the field, and they are responsible for leading and training any team members assigned to the team.</div><div> </div><div><div> </div></div><div> </div><div><b>ABOUT THE ROLE</b></div><div><br><b>Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:</b></div><ul>	<li>Demonstrate integrity, strong initiative, work ethic, as well as a focus on safety and quality of work on a continuous basis</li>	<li>Supervise, lead, and train any Solar Technician I or Solar Technician II team member assigned to work with the Solar Technician III</li>	<li>Perform Preventive Maintenance on solar and battery installations in accordance with Cleanleaf, customer, and OEM standards</li>	<li>Perform Corrective Maintenance on solar and battery installations in accordance with Cleanleaf, customer, and OEM standards, ensuring that the root cause has been identified and corrected</li>	<li>Ensure that work being performed in the area meets or exceeds Cleanleaf O&amp;M standards</li>	<li>Complete assigned tasks safely, correctly, and within the allotted time</li>	<li>Ensure all PPE, tools, and equipment assigned to the employee are accounted for, maintained in good condition, repaired or replaced as required</li>	<li>Interface with SCADA/DAS systems to understand onsite issue with the ability to communicate to both management and customers</li>	<li>Correctly document all work in a Service Visit and Case within Cleanleaf’s CMMS.
