- Preparing reports for Delivery Managers and Project Managers
- Support senior management business development activities

- Travel
- Length of Travel (50% travel)
- Travel can vary to extend from 2 days to 2 weeks
- Length of Travel (50% travel)
- Rarely more than 2 weeks per month
- Day trips to local projects are not included in targeted travel level
- Reasons for Travel
- Helping kick off projects (assisting Site lead)
- FWT
- Cx kickoff Meeting
- Attend field meetings
- Assist in surge staffing for testing
- IST/MST
- Client meeting for special situations
- Audit of EYP programs on sites
- Deliver training on field leadership
- Represent Ramboll at industry events and conferences
- Assist Development or QA/QC of BD proposals
- Review drawings for Equipment vs RFP listed equipment
- Review drawings for applicability of listed equipment
- Review RFP documents and generate questions for scope of work
- Review documents for any obvious design/commissioning issues
- Prepare preliminary budgets and schedules
- Develop or QA/QC Project Documents
- Load bank plans
- Design and Submittal Reviews
- Project Scripts (L2 thru L5)
- Cx Plans
- Cx program schedules
- Completion of on-site L2/L3 (L4 readiness) documents
- Final Reports
- Base Line IR reports
- Special project documentation
- Program management coordination
- Coordination with PM to download initial drawings, submittals, and specifications after being awarded contract.
- Develop with PM the team setup in Construction Management system so all team members can have access to latest information.
- Verify weekly that any updates to construction information have been passed to EYP MCF team members (this ensures our documentation is matching updates)
- Responsible for checking all Cx documents are based off latest information for the project.
- Attend OAC meeting for assigned program
- Script Templates
- Manage Templates for different equipment/customers
- Issue the base templates to Cx Agents for updating for each project
- Verify proper format for use
- Cx Alloy Administrator
- Maintain and deliver training on documentation of how Cx Alloy will be used and setup so consistent throughout program.
- Establish typical program requirements
- Once project is up and running, establish initial personnel in project from outside members.
- Point of contact with Cx Alloy when there are issues.
- Support for onsite personnel with:
- Running meetings (as necessary)
- Technical support
- QA/QC and distribution of daily documentation (as necessary)
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, PMP or equivalent military or industrial training with 7+ years of experience in electrical/mechanical/controls engineering, energy services, plant operations, or related field or construction management
- Experience in the commissioning or maintaining of critical electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience working with general contractor and excellent skills in communicating expectations
- Knowledgeable in major regulations, industry codes and standards as well as basic construction materials, means and methods
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent
- Qualified to obtain PMP or equivalent
- Qualified to obtain Cx certifications
