Skeleton's Finance team is looking for an
Senior Investment Associate (m/f/x)
with the vision to match our ambition and support our next phase of growth.
You’ll work directly with executive leadership to shape our fundraising strategy, engage with world-class investors, and support corporate finance initiatives that fuel our mission.
Your tasks in the net zero journey:
- Create compelling investor communications and fundraising materials (e.g., investor decks, offering memoranda, capital raise summaries) in collaboration with the CEO, CFO, and strategic stakeholders.
- Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and fundraising events, ensuring a consistent and strategic narrative that reflects Skeleton’s market opportunity and financial performance.
- Support corporate finance activities, including cap table modeling, financial scenario analysis, valuation assessments, and strategic funding plans across equity, debt, and non-dilutive capital sources.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure full regulatory alignment in all investor-facing documents and interactions.
- Analyze and present key performance indicators, investment metrics, and market trends to both internal leadership and external capital partners.
- Capture and synthesize investor feedback, delivering insights to help shape our capital strategy, improve messaging, and strengthen investor relationships over time
Requirements
We don’t expect to master it all. At Skeleton, you’ll have the support of the team and we work together to achieve our goals. However, there are requirements you should be able to fulfill to succeed in this role:
- At least 5 years previous professional experience in investment banking, capital markets, corporate finance, project finance or private equity.
- BA or MA degree from Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in equity fundraising; exposure to debt or export finance is a strong plus.
- Ability to quickly act on information & prepare presentations and documents.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Meticulous skills in written communication.
- Very strong fluency in English-in both verbal and writing.
