Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with at least 6 years of experience in Metro Rail infrastructure projects, focusing on architectural planning and detailing. The candidate should have strong command over Revit and BIM workflows, and be capable of delivering high-quality design solutions in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design of metro stations, auxiliary buildings, and public spaces related to metro projects.

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, GFCs, and technical documentation using Revit.

• Coordinate design work with other disciplines including structural, MEP, and civil teams for seamless project integration.

• Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and manage technical discussions.

• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.

• Conduct site visits for architectural validation and coordination during different project phases.

• Ensure quality assurance and timely delivery of architectural packages.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Metro Rail architectural projects.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Photoshop.

• Good understanding of NBC, IRC, IS Codes, and local development control regulations.

• Strong visualization, design development, and coordination skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience working with metro authorities such as DMRC, MMRC, etc.

• Familiarity with BIM processes and project environments.
