Responsibilities:

• Administration and configuration of the SAP C4C system.

• Ensuring smooth operation and system availability.

• Analysing, adapting, and optimizing SAP C4C processes.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and implement requirements.

• Monitoring interfaces with other systems and ensuring data integrity.

• Performing regular system updates and implementing new functionalities.

• Developing solutions to automate workflows and processes.

• Proactively analysing and resolving issues to minimize system disruptions.

• Conducting user training sessions and providing technical support.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.

• Solid experience with SAP C4C.

• Knowledge of integrating SAP C4C with external systems.

• Structured and solution-oriented approach with strong analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
