Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation and support for the implementation of SAP C4C solutions

• Standardize and optimize processes using the SAP Customer Experience platform.

• Conduct requirement analyses tailored to the specific business needs

• Configure and customize SAP C4C modules to enhance central services and improve efficiency.

• Integrate data and systems, including collaboration with other SAP modules

• Collaborating with stakeholders to continuously adapt and optimize the solution to changing business requirements.

• Continuously monitor and improve processes to enhance the quality and performance.

• Assisting in the development of test plans and performing system tests to ensure the quality of the implemented solution.

• Creating technical documentation and user guides to ensure sustainable use of the SAP C4C platform.

• Train and support employees to ensure optimal utilization of the systems.

Qualifications:

• Profound knowledge of SAP C4C and its relevant modules.

• Experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP solutions.

• Understanding of related technologies such as SAP ERP.

• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Relevant Experience: 5 - 6  Years
