This pivotal role involves managing IT (Information Technology) for factory Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality and related technology functions across the entire production footprint. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing information systems, operations technology, and leadership within the manufacturing sector. The Director of IT Factory Systems will drive the strategic vision for IT and OT (Operational Technology) within the factory, identifying opportunities for automation, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization to enhance efficiency and scalability. This role also requires strong executive stakeholder management, fostering partnerships with business leaders, engineering teams, and external technology vendors to ensure IT solutions align with factory goals and future growth. Collaborates closely with the Infrastructure, MES, and PLM functions to ensure alignment to North Star vision. </li></ul><ul><li>Qualifications: </li></ul><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing information systems and operations technology.
