Responsibilities / Tasks
- Übernahme von Assistenz- und Verwaltungsaufgaben sowie Unterstützung im Projekt Transform 360
- Erstellung, Aufbereitung und Pflege von Berichten, Protokollen, Statistiken und Auswertungen für das Projektmanagement
- Organisation und Koordination von Terminen, Workshops und Meetings inklusive Vor- und Nachbereitung
- Unterstützung bei Change-Management-Prozessen und aktives Mitgestalten von Veränderungen
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsaustauschs zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Kapazitätsplanung und Pflege relevanter Projektdaten
- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme lokaler Projektaufgaben innerhalb von Transform 360
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich und/oder Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Kommunikationssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort & Schrift)
- SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss!
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und Flexibilität
- Organisationstalent mit Hands-on-Mentalität und hoher Eigeninitiative
