Your contribution:
The Business Relationship Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the business side of the independent aftermarket and operations. This position is at the forefront of digital adoption, user experience, AI, data analytics, business process reengineering, and intelligent process automation. Acting as a crucial liaison between business and technology teams, the specialist translates business requirements into innovative technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Catalyst: Drive digital transformation and innovation, promoting the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and processes.
Liaison Role: Bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
IT Roadmap Development: Collaborate in developing a business and customer-driven IT roadmap for operations and the independent aftermarket.
Demand Management: Oversee the demand management process using the WSJF method, maintaining a high-quality backlog.
Cycle Time and Throughput Monitoring: Track and analyze cycle time and throughput of tickets to ensure efficiency.
Business Process Reengineering: Enhance efficiency through process reengineering and automation.
User Experience: Ensure digital solutions deliver an exceptional user experience.
Change Agent: Champion organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Technology Advisor: Provide expert technology advice and support strategic decision-making.
Design Thinking Coach: Cultivate a design thinking culture within the organization.
Solution Supporter: Guide the complete customer solution journey using the triple diamond model.
Education and Professional Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree required; MS Degree or MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience managing complex IT demands, projects, and roadmaps.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and organizational change management.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%).
Skills and Competencies:
Expertise with Microsoft M365, Power Automate, RPA software, digital adoption and UX platforms, and process mining tools.
Strong methodological knowledge of workshop formats for design thinking, including design sprints, user story mapping, pain/gain analysis, and product vision development.
Excellent customer-facing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a global, matrixed organization.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Strong conceptual thinking abilities.
