As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable product development. We’re looking for innovative, driven Product Owners who are passionate about technology, integrations, and sustainability to join us in building tools that enable companies to make smarter, more responsible decisions. This role is a fixed, permanent position. All successful applicants will receive a permanent employment contract regardless of location.
What You Will Do:
Define and Communicate Product Goals: Establish and maintain clear product objectives aligned with business strategy and ensure they are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
Own the Product Backlog: Develop, prioritize, and communicate the product backlog to ensure it reflects the needs of the business and users.
Provide Contextual Guidance: Leverage your domain expertise to provide the development team with contextual guidance, ensuring they understand what they are building and why.
Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and transparency.
Navigate Uncertainty: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty, balancing competing priorities and making decisions with incomplete information.
Drive Transparency: Establish processes to keep all stakeholders informed of progress, priorities, and trade-offs.
Expertise in B2B SaaS software, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and prioritize competing demands.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Experience in Project Management or Product Lifecycle (e.g. PMI) ~3-5 years.
Integration experience ideally with Siemens, PTC, Autodesk.
Domain knowledge with either PLM, Sustainability, Supply Chain, or ERP.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
