Prisidėsi prie žalios ir saugios energetikos ekosistemos kūrimo:
- Valdant skirstomąjį elektros tinklą;
- Vadovaujant gedimų šalinimui skirstomojo tinklo įrenginiuose;
- Vykdant planinius atjungimus elektros įrenginiuose;
- Operatyviai vadovaujant bendrovės brigadoms;
- Fiksuojant operatyvinę informaciją, registruojant elektros tinklo pokyčius;
- Greitai reaguojant į besikeičiančias situacijas;
- Dirbant pamainomis (garantuojame 1,5 karto didesnį apmokėjimą už pamaininį darbą nakties metu, o šventinėmis dienomis - 2 kartus didesnį).
