Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Global Software Implementation of Software SmartProcess: Implementation of existing Documentation and Processes to new layouts within the Software SmartProcess</li><li>Modelling of Processes in SmartProcess: Implement the new processes together with global process managers and support in process description in coordination with Director Global Quality and Head of Business Process Management</li><li>Process Definition and Standardization: Define, implement, and maintain global standards and best practices including customization and configuration in alignment with business requirements</li><li>Documentation and User Support: Create comprehensive training documentation and conducting software trainings for end-users</li><li>Knowledge Transfer and Innovation: Provide knowledge transfers and support continuous improvement through innovation and process optimization.</li><li>Maintain master data for the complaints and audit processes</li><li>Develop and implement workflows within the SmartProcess system together with process managers</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field</li><li>2 years of experience in Business Process Management</li><li>Knowledge of BPMN 2.0</li><li>Familiarity with general business processes</li><li>Knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting functionalities</li><li>Strong skills in Microsoft Office (VISIO) and other relevant software</li><li>Advanced level English required</li><li>Good communication skills contributing global cross department alignment</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
