Responsibilities:

• Global Software Implementation of Software SmartProcess: Implementation of existing Documentation and Processes to new layouts within the Software SmartProcess
• Modelling of Processes in SmartProcess: Implement the new processes together with global process managers and support in process description in coordination with Director Global Quality and Head of Business Process Management
• Process Definition and Standardization: Define, implement, and maintain global standards and best practices including customization and configuration in alignment with business requirements
• Documentation and User Support: Create comprehensive training documentation and conducting software trainings for end-users
• Knowledge Transfer and Innovation: Provide knowledge transfers and support continuous improvement through innovation and process optimization.
• Maintain master data for the complaints and audit processes
• Develop and implement workflows within the SmartProcess system together with process managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in Business Process Management
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0
• Familiarity with general business processes
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting functionalities
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (VISIO) and other relevant software
• Advanced level English required
• Good communication skills contributing global cross department alignment
