Te invitamos a participar en nuestra convocatoria para realizar tus prácticas con nosotros.
Buscamos estudiante de carrera Técnica o Tecnológica (NO profesional) en áreas Administrativas para contribuir al mejoramiento y mantenimiento de la información en el Distrito Cali.
El estudiante en práctica realizará las siguientes funciones:
- Atención de Recepción
- Apoyo en radicación de facturas
- Apoyo para subir facutras en plataforma SECOP, para entidades del gobierno
- Control Archivo y Digitalización de contratos Medicinales fisicos
- Apoyo Digitalización de lotes de producción
- Apoyo en el alistamiento y escaneo de facturas electronicas para rendiciones de gastos en plataforma CONCUR para adminsitración y distribución
- Contribuir en mejoras para el archivo físico de la localidad
Para participar es muy importante cumplir con estos requisitos:
- Ser actualmente ESTUDIANTE (no aplica para graduados) de carreras Técnicas o Tecnológicas (NO profesional) en áreas administrativas.
- Manejo intermedio de Office (especialmente Excel)
- No haber firmado contrato de aprendizaje anteriormente
- Remuneración de un (1) salario mínimo + EPS + ARL
- Horario lunes a viernes de 7:30 a 5:00p.m
