We’re looking for a Warranty Claims Administrator, in Pearland, Tx or New Iberia, LA, which will help us manage warranty claims and related processes for rental fleet and spare parts.

What you’ll do:
- Located in Pearland, Tx or New Iberia, LA, you will Log, track, report, and resolve warranty claims, including collection of funds or replacement parts
- Support root cause analysis by reviewing failed components and escalating concerns
- Communicate and negotiate with vendors to resolve claims, including cases beyond standard warranty coverage
- Develop, refine, and document warranty procedures to align with internal and vendor standards
- Use tools like Movex, ABI, SharePoint, and ARC to manage data, track metrics, and maintain coverage info
- Work with techs, operations, purchasing, and capital projects teams to stay current on coverage, campaigns, and new product warranties
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience managing warranty claims or working with technical products (e.g., equipment, machinery, or fleet parts) preferred
- Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and ability to support failure analysis
- Comfortable using ERP and data tools (e.g., MOVEX, ABI, SharePoint) to manage claims and performance metrics
- Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills to negotiate and coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams
