Warranty Claims Administrator

What you’ll do:

• Located in Pearland, Tx or New Iberia, LA, you will Log, track, report, and resolve warranty claims, including collection of funds or replacement parts
• Support root cause analysis by reviewing failed components and escalating concerns
• Communicate and negotiate with vendors to resolve claims, including cases beyond standard warranty coverage
• Develop, refine, and document warranty procedures to align with internal and vendor standards
• Use tools like Movex, ABI, SharePoint, and ARC to manage data, track metrics, and maintain coverage info
• Work with techs, operations, purchasing, and capital projects teams to stay current on coverage, campaigns, and new product warranties

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Prior experience managing warranty claims or working with technical products (e.g., equipment, machinery, or fleet parts) preferred

• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and ability to support failure analysis
• Comfortable using ERP and data tools (e.g., MOVEX, ABI, SharePoint) to manage claims and performance metrics

• Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills to negotiate and coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams
