How You Fit In We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our Product Management team at Bidgely! This is a brand-new role, designed to embed analytics expertise directly within the product function. You’ll be the go-to person responsible for continuously evaluating, measuring, and communicating product metrics and KPIs across our suite of B2C and B2B solutions. Your insights will help drive product decisions, shape roadmaps, and demonstrate the value we deliver to customers and partners. Key Responsibilities ● Monitor and analyze key product metrics and KPIs across all Bidgely products (both consumer-facing and enterprise). ● Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated analytics to provide ongoing visibility into product performance. ● Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement through deep-dive analysis. ● Partner with Product Managers to set measurement strategies for new feature launches, experiments, and enhancements. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Customer Success) to gather data and validate findings. ● Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for product roadmaps and executive reporting. ● Contribute to hypothesis generation and A/B testing strategy to continuously optimize product experiences. ● Create best practices for tracking, reporting, and communicating product analytics within the Product Management team. ● Help foster a data-driven product culture by championing the use of metrics in day-to-day decision-making. Qualifications &amp; Experience ● 2+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analysis, or a similar role, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or analytics-driven company. ● Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent. ● Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery). ● Familiarity with product analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Sparkpost, etc.) is highly preferred. ● Exposure to A/B testing methodologies and experimentation practices is a plus. ● Comfortable working with large datasets and applying statistical techniques where needed. ● Prior experience working with Product Managers, UX teams, or Engineering teams in a collaborative environment is highly valued. ● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Business Analytics from a recognized institution. ● Postgraduate studies (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Data Analytics, or related fields) are a bonus but not required.
