We’re looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Mechanic to take the lead on complex maintenance tasks, support team members, and improve the reliability and performance of the infrastructure that supports our mission. This is an onsite role based at our Everett, WA facility, reporting to the Maintenance &amp; Services Manager.You Will: <ul><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with a range of facility and utility systems found in a complex production environment</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">Diagnose and repair issues across production and facility-dependent equipment, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, and overhead cranes</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">Maintain and repair access systems, including roll-up doors, pedestrian doors, and automated gate systems</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">Coordinate and oversee vendor work to meet safety, security, and quality standards</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">Document maintenance activities, including work orders, parts usage, and system performance</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior technicians</li></ul>Required Skills: <ul><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">5+ years of experience in building, mechanical, or facility maintenance, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting, repair techniques, and use of diagnostic tools</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">Knowledge of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures and OSHA safety compliance</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">Skilled in operating motorized lift equipment (e.g., forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts)</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">Comfortable working at heights and using fall protection equipment</li><li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications in HVAC or related trades are a plus</li></ul>#LI-Onsite #LI-MM1<div><div><div>Total Compensation and BenefitsHelion's compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
