We are looking for a Sales Development Representative - North America (m/f/x) to join our Sales team in North America. As a member of our North America Sales Team, you will combine strong technical expertise in geospatial technologies with identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, qualify leads effectively, and drive consistent pipeline growth. This position is a remote role based in North America.

 

What you will do:

  • Conduct outbound activities (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) to generate qualified leads.

  • Respond to inbound inquiries, engage with leads, and qualify their fit and potential.

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and outreach to potential customers through various channels such as calls, email, LinkedIn, and other forms of communication.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to develop targeted account strategies.

  • Develop a strong understanding of our platform’s use cases and applications, and articulate the unique value of diverse geospatial datasets (satellite, aerial, AIS, DEM) to customers across various verticals, including energy, agriculture, government, forestry and more.

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to implement strategies for attracting new clients and target accounts

  • Consistently contribute to the improvement of internal processes and share knowledge to support team success.

  • You have sales experience in a similar role in a B2B software sales environment and have a track record for success.

  • You are highly motivated and enthusiastic about closing new business and achieving targets. 

  • You have a track record of success in a similar role within a B2B software sales environment.

  • You are a talented salesperson with an outstanding ability to understand and advise customers based on their needs.

  • You have a strong desire to solve complex customer problems using highly technical solutions.

  • You have the ability to take ownership of initiatives and see them through to completion.

  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Bonus points if you bring: 

  • Knowledge of satellite imaging, earth observation, or remote sensing is a huge plus.
