As a Bike Mechanic, you'll play a key role in ensuring every bike meets our high standards for speed and quality. We’re all about precision – you’ll be responsible for assembling, tuning, and adjusting bikes with flawless accuracy. You will not only have the opportunity to work on older model Trek bikes, but you will also get to build high-end road bikes, Rails, and Project One bikes. We’re looking for individuals with advanced technical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a can-do attitude to match. This is a full-time bicycle mechanic opportunity that is not customer facing and not in a retail environment. Instead, you will be wrenching on bikes full time with some of the best mechanics in the country while helping to get more people on bikes every day!If you are looking for opportunities for growth, you can grow within our team of service or develop enough experience to transition into one of our retail stores.
