Job Description

  

Job Summary:

Complex micro-electronics assembly support to the IR Detector Packaging Lab. Precision micro-assembly for high value components and assemblies.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Extensive microscope work at seated and standing workstations
• Use of precision hand tool
• Use of common manufacturing chemicals and solvents
• Communication with all phases of the operations team

Job Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Good fine motor skills
• Able to read and work from engineering documentation
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment, at a minimum, coveralls, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and ESD footwear
• Computer skills required
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds
• 2 years experience preferred

Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce

  

Salary Range:

$37,200.00-$49,600.000
