Addresses any abnormalities.</li><li>Monitors changing of simple parts and fixtures to facilitate changeover of product types.</li><li>Visually and manually check for defects in product or workmanship.</li><li>Accuracy of recording of process equipment settings and conditions using equipment verification check sheets.</li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent required. Demonstrated leadership skills required.</li><li>Five (5) years manufacturing experience with preference in equipment assembly or high-speed equipment operation. </li><li>Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports.</li><li>Basic math skills.</li><li>Sufficient Manual dexterity to operate machines properly.</li><li>Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines, and visually inspect parts products.</li><li>Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing and walking.</li><li>Physical strength sufficient to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently.</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h2><p>None. </p><p></p><h2><b>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</b></h2><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk. The employee occasionally is required to stand; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, push, pull, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.</p><p>The employee must occasionally lift and/or move anywhere from 10 to 50 pounds.</p><p></p><h2><b>WORK ENVIRONMENT</b></h2><p>This position works in a warehouse/production environment.  The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts.
