We offer Power Consulting for key segments in the energy system, such as renewables, transmission distribution and as well as e-transportation solutions.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>You will support to HVDC Control &amp; Protection System conceptual design from software application design perspective.</li><li>You will be detailed application development of HVDC Control &amp; Protection System dedicated in one of the following areas: Automation and Digitization, Database and Server, Human Machine Interface, Station Control, Supervision and Monitoring,</li><li>Operating System Localization, HVDC control and Protection.</li><li>You will be involved in detailed software function implementation with specific software design tools.</li><li>You will be involved in conceptual design &amp; software design documentation both for internal and external purposes.</li><li>You will be involved in technical support to the hardware-in-the-loop tests of HVDC Control &amp; Protection System (both in the company and the customer facility) from software perspective.</li><li>You will be involved in site installation support, commissioning, sub-system test and system test of HVDC Control &amp; Protection System.</li><li>You will be involved in technical support to Marketing and Sales from software design perspective, especially the support to the tenders.</li><li>You will be involved in technical support to Customer Service from software design perspective including customer meetings, on-site fault analysis, customer trainings and maintenance outages, etc.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, and Automation, or a degree deemed to be equivalent, with basic knowledge.</li><li>Familiar in actual coding for DSP, FPGA, DRTOS (INTime, for example), Windows, Linux or Unix.</li><li>Familiar in PSCAD, Matlab, or any other simulation software available for electric power system and control system.</li><li>Familiar in RTDS, Hypersim, or any other electric power system simulators.</li><li>Knowledge and/or experiences in HVDC control and protection will be considered as a plus.</li><li>Knowledge and/or experiences in at least of one of the following areas: Coding: C, C++, Software engineering: Frontend, backend.</li><li>Experience in communication protocol: IEC61850, OPC-UA, IEC60044-8, FT3, HTML, Web Database: SQL database.</li><li>Proficiency in business level in verbal and written English . </li><li>Acceptance of engineering travels are preferred.</li></ul>More about us Are you ready for an exciting new challenge?
