As a company committed to diversity and inclusion, we encourage all professionals who meet the job description requirements to apply.</h3></div></div></div></div>The Tax Analyst will assist in the preparation of various tax returns at the federal, state and local levels and report to the Tax Compliance Team Lead. Responsibilities<ul><li>Preparing the federal consolidated tax return (Form 1120).</li><li>Preparing various state income tax returns.</li><li>Prepare and track fixed asset roll-forwards and DD&amp;A calculations.</li><li>Assist in tax partnership return compliance.</li><li>Support various areas of tax as needed.</li><li>Support quarterly tax provisions.</li><li>Prepare and submit various tax payments.</li><li>Assist with various tax projects and planning opportunities.</li><li>Assist in preparing models for tax implications of proposed transactions.</li><li>Research various tax topics and prepare memorandums.</li><li>Assist in the analysis of intercompany cross border financing transactions and intercompany product and services transfer pricing, consult with Management to develop positions which satisfy reasonable tax planning objectives.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>The legal authorization to work in the US for any US employer.</li><li>A minimum of a Bachelor’s in Accounting.</li><li>5 or more years of tax experience (public accounting a plus).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.</li><li>Flexibility to take on new tasks and teamwork oriented.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:In addition to the above requirement candidates may be able to demonstrate:<ul><li>MBA or Master’s in Tax, CPA a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of Oil &amp; Gas.</li><li>Previous experience with tax audits.</li><li>Systems knowledge (SAP, Onesource tax software, and CorpTax)</li><li>Knowledge of working with Bloomberg Tax</li></ul> Repsol is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Veteran#LI-KT1Required skills:
